    • By clicking the confirmation button, the customer submits a request for quotation. Clicking the button and sending the inquiry does not constitute placing an order.
    • The Seller offers two delivery options: cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment. Cash on delivery orders are processed up to a maximum value of PLN 5,000 gross. COD shipping costs are calculated individually and sent to the customer by email for approval.
    • After checking stock levels and determining the individual shipping cost, the seller includes these calculations on a pro-forma invoice and sends it to the Customer at the previously provided email address. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if the goods selected by the Customer are out of stock. The seller will notify the customer of any stock shortages by email or telephone.
    • For cash on delivery orders, the order is considered placed once the Customer approves the price calculation and shipping costs by sending an acceptance email to hurt@i-want.pl. The sales agreement is concluded upon payment for the order upon receipt.
    • In the case of advance payment, the sales agreement is concluded upon payment of the pro-forma invoice.
    • Wholesale purchases cannot be processed using the instant payment gateway operated by tpay. Payment must be settled by standard bank transfer or paid upon receipt directly to the courier.
    • The Seller undertakes to process the order upon receiving payment from the Customer (for purchases with advance payment) or upon receiving an email approving the costs (for cash on delivery purchases).
